Pressing Enter after a heading deletes the heading
Data loss with a healthy network, and it reproduced again in a later run when sync was down. The network was ruled out, which points to the editor itself.

What the recording showed
At about 175.5s, 'Formatting Test Heading' is in the editor, breadcrumb and sidebar. By about 201s all three read 'This contains'. Every Yjs POST between 174012 and 201806ms returned 204.
Actual
After Enter is pressed and "This contains " is typed, the heading "Formatting Test Heading" disappears from the entire UI: the editor shows only "This contains" in the first block, the document crumb reads "This contains", and the sidebar note title reads "This contains". The user's typed heading text is lost.
Expected
After typing "Formatting Test Heading", pressing Enter, and typing "This contains ", the editor should show two blocks — the heading "Formatting Test Heading" followed by a paragraph "This contains " — and the crumb and sidebar title should continue to show the heading text. No typed content should disappear.

Root cause
The ProseMirror editor in the Apple workspace note view (editor control S43, /assets workspace bundle) replaces the document's first block instead of appending a new one: when the user presses Enter after typing 'Formatting Test Heading' and types 'This contains ', the heading paragraph is dropped from the Yjs/ProseMirror document rather than being split into a second block, so the editor content, the document crumb, and the derived sidebar note title all end up showing only 'This contains'. The loss is client-side: collaboration traffic to /api/yjs/docs/rooms/ws-apple-note-b4fa033a/v3/collaboration kept succeeding (all POSTs returned HTTP 204 between 174012ms and 201806ms), so the document state pushed upstream already no longer contained the heading — the sync layer was healthy and the editor itself discarded the block.
