Take on more client work without adding QA headcount.
Replay QA tests every client app on every build, in a real browser, and hands your developers root-caused bug reports. Your team ships faster, and your clients see fewer bugs.
No credit card. No existing test suite required.
The squeeze
Agency QA doesn't scale with the client list.
Your team can build faster than ever. Testing is what still grows one hire at a time.
Builds move faster than manual QA
Coding agents have collapsed the time it takes to build a feature. One person clicking through staging can't keep up with five clients pushing every day.
QA hours are hard to bill
Clients pay for features, not regression passes. Every hour spent re-testing last sprint’s work comes out of a fixed-bid margin.
The client shouldn't find it first
A bug the client finds on launch day costs more than the fix. It costs confidence in the next statement of work.
Replay QA tests each client app like a swarm of seasoned app testers.
There's no test suite to write for every new client, and no QA team to grow alongside them.
Customer Spotlight
How Swoon.ai covers its client projects without a dedicated QA team.
Natacha Grey has spent more than 20 years building for the web: as a front-end developer, a designer, a project manager, and a director of production at ad agencies. Across all of it, QA was the part that never kept up. Today she runs Swoon.ai, a small remote agency that builds custom marketing lead journeys for niche brands in finance, entertainment and beyond.
When her recent projects went without a dedicated QA resource, she asked ChatGPT for an autonomous QA browser and found Replay QA. Her AI coding agents were already writing code and filing GitHub issues; what was missing was something to run the customer journeys. Now Replay QA reruns those journeys from GitHub while development continues, regressing last week's fixes and surfacing journeys she hadn't thought to test. She steers it with focused regression prompts, like a logged-out pass after moving a client's new React front end from a dev server to production, and has wired it into a chain of AI agents she built herself.
“You're constantly missing gaps in what is being tested, and you can't test fast enough.”
“I didn't have to block out eight hours of my day and just be clicking through everything to make sure everything works.”
“My aha moment was realizing that Replay was helping me find new customer journeys that I didn’t even think about.”
“I want to do my work, go pick up my son from school, relax and have dinner, and not be waiting to get on my laptop.”
Keeps pace with your team
Every push, every PR, every client.
Shipping faster only helps if testing ships at the same speed. Connect a client repo once and Replay QA runs on its own from then on.
- A new run on every push to main and every pull request, configurable per project
- Daily or weekly schedules, so the team starts the morning with fresh findings
- Fixed journeys re-run automatically, confirming the fix and catching what it broke
- Root cause and suggested fix posted as a comment on the PR that caused the bug
Built for a portfolio of apps
Set it up once per client. Then it runs itself.
Each client app is its own project, with its own repo, environment, credentials, and schedule. Adding the next client takes minutes, not a new hire.
New client, no test suite
Point it at a repo or a URL. Replay QA discovers the user journeys itself, so a new engagement is covered from the first build.
Staging, preview, or production
Each project targets whichever environment you choose, including localhost while a feature is still on a developer's machine.
Logged-in areas and roles
Give it test credentials for each role, or let it create its own email-and-password accounts, to reach the parts of the app clients care about most.
A security pass included
Security Scan covers injection, broken access control, weak authentication, IDOR, and cross-tenant data exposure. That’s a check most fixed bids never budget for.
Into the tracker you already use
File reports to GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira, or any webhook. Start with confirmed bugs only so nobody’s board fills with noise.
Driven by your agents
A REST API and MCP server let your coding agents trigger runs and read results. Reports are written so an agent can act on them directly.
Example Bugs
Bugs only a time-travel debugger can find
Every report comes with the session recording, the root cause, and a suggested fix. When a client asks what was tested and what was fixed, you have the receipts. These are real bugs Replay QA found.

More clients shouldn't mean a bigger QA bill.
Manual testing costs rise with every client you sign. Whether you have limited QA resources, or haven't hired them yet, Replay QA enables you to do much more with way less.
Scaling QA the usual way
- Hire or contract more testers as the client list grows
- Write and maintain a separate test suite for every client
- Bugs surface in UAT, or after launch
- QA time quietly absorbed into fixed-bid margins
With Replay QA
- Priced on the analyses you run, not on seats
- No test suite to write or keep up to date
- Bugs caught on the pull request, before the client sees the build
- A free tier to prove it out on a real client project first
“If there's another agency listening to this, definitely check out Replay. You don't need to hire a QA resource for your projects. Everyone's trying to move so fast every day, and it helps you deliver faster.”

@ThePeterMick“Connecting my GitHub repository took only a few seconds, and the first run uncovered issues across functionality, UX, and accessibility that would've been easy to miss manually.”

Try it on one client app this week.
In a few minutes Replay QA starts exploring the app, mapping its user journeys, and hunting for bugs. Then decide whether to roll it out across the rest.
